Hi, I’m BRITTANY ROGERS!

We all experience moments in our life where things can be overwhelming. Maybe we don’t feel like ourselves anymore, or we find that our stress has been increasing more than we know what to do with. Be it anxiety, depression, or processing through difficult events, therapy can be a safe place to take care of ourselves and our mental wellbeing. My goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate and safe environment that is inclusive of all walks of life. I believe that therapy should be a personalized, collaborative experience, and that the client knows themself best.

I am a licensed mental health counselor associate with a background in applied behavior analysis. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in 2021, and I am currently working towards my PsyD with a projected graduation in 2025. From both a counseling and assessment perspective, I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating neurodiversity (ADHD and ASD), anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, stress, and trauma.

If you are considering therapy, I urge you to take that leap of faith. There is no “threshold” to meet; you are welcomed here, as you are. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you, and to walk alongside you through this journey!
